  • Silver - "Friend of Disclosure"  Silver Level - One Table Space

  • Platinum -  "Patron of Disclosure" Platinum Level - Three Tables Space

  • Two 5-day passes to see speakers is included per sponsorship/exhibitor and is valid for all speaker presentations during the five-day World Conference.

 

  • Listing as an Official Sponsor/Exhibitor at THE EVENT Conference.

 

  • Official acknowledgment of your support by Sandra D. Sabatini & Natalie N. Sabatini, the creator's of THE EVENT Conference at the World Conference Dinner. *Please note: You must buy a separate Sunday Meal Plan ticket to attend this Dinner.

 

  • Table price includes 6′ x 2.5′ draped table, 2 chairs.

 

  • Electricity outlets are spaced throughout the vendor hall for a nominal fee. *Please bring your own power strips, extension cord and “Gaffer’s Tape” or cord covers to cover any exposed cords.

 

  • Due to the limited number of tables available, not all applications will be approved (read below). We try to limit excessive duplication of similar types of products, goods, or services, and we give preference to sponsor/exhibitors/vendors with products, goods, or services that relate to the subject of THE EVENT Conference.

Included in the exhibitor booth price:

Exhibitor Table Specifications
One (1) 8' x 2.5' table - cloth covered
•There will NOT be tubing or skirting.
•Displays larger than the provided 8' x 2.5' table must pay

for two adjoining exhibitor spots.
•Displays taller than six feet must pay an additional $55 fee for a table

located in the hallway or along the perimeter of the exhibitor hall.

 

Available for an additional fee:

*Please note there is Perimeter/Electricity Charge of $75 for booths requiring electricity and/or for booths with displays over 6' tall.

*If you need Wireless access there is a fee by the Venue of $50

for internet access.

 


 

 

Additional Information you should know 


Set-up and Tear Down
Exhibitor Table set-up will be allowed Sunday, TBA 2024 in the morning from 6:30 am to 7:30 am.  All exhibitors must be set up no later than 7:30 pm on Wednesday morning, TBA date. Tear down is from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm on Wednesday evening, TBA date.

 

Exhibitor Hall Layout

This is the layout for the exhibitor booths in 2023. We cannot guarantee placement requests, but if you know of a table or area in which you might like to be situated, let us know on your application.

 

Door Prizes

All exhibitors will have the option of providing (1) door prize item (minimum $25 value) to be given away during the Lunch and Dinner breaks (12:00 pm - 1:00 pm & 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm). Exhibitors are responsible for collecting names for the door prize drawings at their tables.

Food Vending

Please contact THE EVENT CONFERENCE, LLC. immediately if you plan on offering a food product for sale. We want to avoid all conflicts with the Venue.

Staffing Your Booth (Ultra important - PLEASE READ)

It is in your best interest to have someone at your table during the time slots where exhibitors are open. Please refer to the chart below for the daily schedule; highlighted rows indicate times of heavy traffic flow.

In the unlikely event this 5-Day Event is canceled, a future credit equal to the amount you paid for the exhibitor | vendor ticket will be issued to an additional event in the U.S.A. You are personally responsible for your personal costs (airfare, hotel, food, travel, etc) to attend this Event.
